Mental Health Counselor / Full Time / Days The Mental Health Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive, evidence-based behavioral health services that support clients in achieving improved mental health and sustainable lifestyle change. This role integrates assessment, individualized treatment planning, counseling, and interdisciplinary collaboration to address psychological and emotional factors, promote measurable outcomes, and ensure high-quality, ethical care. The Mental Health Counselor is an onsite position.

Essential Functions Conduct comprehensive client intakes, psychosocial assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral, emotional, and psychological barriers and determine appropriate services.

Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans using evidence-based approaches in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary team members, including coordinating referrals as needed.

Provide individual and group counseling services through in-person and telehealth modalities to address mental health, behavior change, and weight management–related factors.

Monitor client progress by evaluating measurable outcomes, adjusting treatment plans accordingly, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA.Facilitate therapeutic groups and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while engaging in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure, clinical competency, and quality of care.

Prepare, prevent, protect and respond to support our culture of safety.

Works hours per week in accordance with offer letter or per attributes of position at transfer request. May be expected to work longer hours as necessary.
