OverviewFives DyAG Corp is looking for a Welder/Fabricator in the Bowling Green, OH area. This is a first shift job with overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities- The Welder/Metal Fabricator will be performing MIG welding and metal fabrication on various types of metals to build and manufacture specialty equipment.
- Reading blueprints for fabrication of custom projects.
- MIG/TIG welding of stainless steel, aluminum, chrome, and/or sheet metal.
- Machine operation for fabrication of custom fit parts.
- Welding/Fabrication of coolant tanks, vacuums, pressure tanks, filtration systems, etc.
- 2+ years of MIG/TIG welding and metal fabrication experience.
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, chrome, and sheet metal of varying thicknesses.
- Prior machine operation (i.e., press brakes, rollformers, and shears) and hand tools experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams to build equipment from prints.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 100 pounds.
- A Welding Certification or Associates Degree in Welding is preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED (or commitment to get GED) is required.
