Position Overview
The Fabricator II is responsible for performing a variety of fabrication and assembly tasks supporting the full build process from design through final production. This role involves working with fabrication equipment, reading technical drawings, and producing high-quality metal components and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble components according to production specifications and guidelines
• Read and interpret fabrication and engineering drawings
• Operate fabrication equipment including CNC plasma cutters, grinders, band saws, and MIG/TIG welding equipment
• Operate forklifts and other standard shop equipment safely and efficiently
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with team members to implement solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with fabrication, welding, or field installation of equipment
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
• Experience operating forklifts and standard fabrication shop tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work full-time with occasional weekend overtime as needed
