Assembly Operators

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for Assembly Operators for our client located in Napoleon, Ohio!

1st Shift: $17/hr.

2nd and 3rd Shift: $17.30/hr.

1st Shift: 7 AM- 3 PM

2nd Shift: 3 PM- 11 PM or 4 PM- 12 AM

3rd Shift: 10 PM- 6am or 11 PM- 7 AM

Shift times may vary depending on line assignment

Napoleon, Ohio

• Ensures that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reported
• Maintain equipment and work areas
• Conducts repetitive line operations to assemble axles.
• Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Advocates safety practices to the rest of the production staff
• Ensures that the supervisor/team leader is made aware of all machine/equipment malfunctions, maintenance or safety issues
• Checks finished product for problems or faults and isolates any damaged or inconsistent item immediately

• Production and/or manufacturing experience is preferred
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass Background check, Drug Test & Pre-Employment verifications.
• Must have steel toe shoes/boots
• Must have good attendance
• MUST be able to work OVERTIME
