Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Production Technician – Refurbishing for an industrial manufacturing facility in Bowling Green, OH. As a Production Technician – Refurbishing, you will be an essential part of our client’s operations, helping refurbish, test, and certify industrial cylinders and tanks.

Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shifts include:

• 1st shift:
  Monday-Friday 7:00 am- 3:30pm
• Possible overtime during the week or on Saturday

Responsibilities of the Production Technician – Refurbishing:

• Refurbish industrial cylinders and tanks
• Use hand tools and production equipment
• Perform shot blasting, painting, testing, and certification processes
• Inspect products for quality and compliance
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Learn and perform multiple functions within the refurbishing department

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with manual labor or industrial work
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Ability to lift, move, and handle large cylinders and tanks
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in a physical environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
