Job Overview
Assemble automotive components and evaluate differential and clutch type parts to meet customer quality standards and delivery schedules. Work within a team environment in a climate‑controlled plant that offers tuition reimbursement and benefits within 30 days.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all plant and cell/line safety and environmental policies and procedures, and recognize potential safety hazards.
- Possess full knowledge of all equipment within the cell/line.
- Operate all equipment within the cell/line at standard operating rates with minimum downtime.
- Apply autonomous maintenance, safety alerts, quality alerts, and change‑management procedures related to the cell/line.
- Use correct gaging techniques and perform all quality verification within the cell/line to required standards.
- Run master and/or red rabbit processes.
- Reset errors as needed.
- Good motor skills, hand dexterity, ability to stand for long periods, walk, stoop, kneel, and move/push 40 lbs. with good or corrected vision and hearing.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferably 3+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience.
Competitive pay with potential increase after 90 days of employment. Eligible employees may participate in most benefit programs on the first of the month following or coincident with date of hire.
