2nd Shift Assembly Operators

Job Overview

Assemble automotive components and evaluate differential and clutch type parts to meet customer quality standards and delivery schedules. Work within a team environment in a climate‑controlled plant that offers tuition reimbursement and benefits within 30 days.

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all plant and cell/line safety and environmental policies and procedures, and recognize potential safety hazards.
• Possess full knowledge of all equipment within the cell/line.
• Operate all equipment within the cell/line at standard operating rates with minimum downtime.
• Apply autonomous maintenance, safety alerts, quality alerts, and change‑management procedures related to the cell/line.
• Use correct gaging techniques and perform all quality verification within the cell/line to required standards.
• Run master and/or red rabbit processes.
• Reset errors as needed.

• Good motor skills, hand dexterity, ability to stand for long periods, walk, stoop, kneel, and move/push 40 lbs. with good or corrected vision and hearing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferably 3+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience.
