Shift supervisor, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging growth and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Bowling Green – 1001 Wooster Street, Bowling Green, OH 43403. Full‑time and part‑time, flexible scheduling; rotating weekends per business needs.

Prior experience in a food‑service lead position, hospitality, or customer‑service experience required.
