Manufacturing Production Support

Support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by monitoring equipment, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This hands-on role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy staying active and working as part of a team.

Schedule:

3rd shift, 7:30pm-7:30am on a 2-2-3 rotation (no Sundays)

Pay: $21.07 / hour

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor four production machines, checking product through regular visual inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by performing routine housekeeping around production equipment.
• Ensure products are placed in the correct containers.
• Communicate with the supervisor as needed and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
• Regularly lift and handle materials weighing 25–40 lbs.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Facility can be loud (hearing protection required), warm during summer months, and may be dusty.
• Safety glasses are required. Gloves and protective suits are provided for designated cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb steps, and lift up to 40 lbs. regularly.
• Willing and able to learn to use a forklift, training will be provided after 30 days

Additional Information

• Dress Code: sweatpants are permitted; shorts are not allowed.
• Facial piercings are not permitted.
• Breaks include one 30-minute meal period and two 15-minute breaks.
• Drug screening and background check required
