Toolbox Health is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the team at our private, on‑site employer clinic serving approximately 250‑300 employees. In this role you will collaborate with other health professionals to deliver insightful, compassionate care that has a positive impact on the well‑being of factory employees and those employed at the Bowling Green, OH, clinic. This position offers practitioners the opportunity to work with a population that has a difficult time accessing traditional healthcare, with benefits, flexible hours, no nights/weekends/on‑call, and a low‑census, personalized experience with opportunities for growth.

- Primary Care:
Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees’ overall well‑being. - Urgent Care:
Respond promptly and administer care for urgent on‑site medical cases, accidents, and injuries. - Interdisciplinary Care:
Coordinate with off‑site healthcare providers and specialists for employee referrals and continuity of care. - Prescribing Medications:
Prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and monitor medication management, educating patients on proper usage. - Record‑keeping:
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, documenting medical histories, treatments, and prescribed medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards. - Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, protocols, and industry standards, including occupational health and safety guidelines. - Clinic Management:
Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance. - Administrative:
Handle patient care–related tasks such as scheduling, answering calls, patient intake, and documentation. Perform hands‑on testing, lab draws, and urine testing. - Health Promotion:
Conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well‑being of employees. - Employee Relationship Building:
Work to establish relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a compassionate healthcare environment.
- Must be licensed in Ohio, USA
- BLS and CPR certification
- Must have a clean license with no malpractice reports
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (great to have)
- No nights, weekends, or on‑call
- Closed for all major holidays
- Low census and low acuity

- Low‑maintenance credentialing process – we do not bill patients for our services
