Wood County Hospital, Falcon Health Center is seeking an Urgent Care LPN for a full-time on-site position. You will deliver safe, efficient patient care through assessment, triage, procedures, and documentation.
Responsibilities include triage, assisting with exams, administering medications and injections, venipunctures, tests, coordinating care, and maintaining compliance within a state-of-the-art facility. Ohio LPN license and BLS required; 2 years of office experience preferred.
