Responsibilities

Oversee operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store.

Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

Manage store opening and closing procedures.

Drive sales through exceptional customer service and detailed report analysis.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in retail management.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Outstanding problem‑solving abilities and analytical skills.

Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to customer service.

Ability to inspire a positive and energetic work environment.

Preferred knowledge of merchandise categories like apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics.

Availability to work flexible hours during store operations.
