Reception​/Lobby Security Officer; 1st Shift Bowling Green, OH

Position

Security Front Lobby Officer – 1st Shift, Full Time (Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM), Bowling Green, OH – $18.50 per hour.

• Front‑desk customer service, access control, CCTV monitoring, package distribution, and visitor announcements.
• Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real‑time.
• Check CCTV for unsafe conditions, hazards, blocked entrances, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.
• Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders during incidents.
• Manage incoming phone calls and alerts via internal communications.
• Document incidents accurately in electronic reporting platforms.
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
• Provide support during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions, natural disasters).
• Use internal communications systems (radio, intercom, telephone, PA, computer‑based software).
• Operate badging software – enable and disable badges.
• Provide security support for client projects and events.
• Administer client policies for controlling access to client property.

• At least 21 years of age.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Ohio non‑commissioned security license (and Texas State training and Guard Card licensing may be beneficial).
• Previous dispatch experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Monitoring and surveillance experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Previous security experience required.
• Attentive to detail.
