Flex Security Officer - On-Call

We are currently hiring Flex Security Officers for the Bowling Green, OH area to work on‑call/as needed. All shifts and days are available. Pay rate $19.00/hr with weekly pay.

• Operate as a Flex Officer: receive training at various posts based on operational need.
• Work shifts as they become available due to staffing needs, covering any shift within stated availability.
• Accept at least 80% of short‑notice call‑in shifts; refusal of more than 20% may impact employment.
• Perform duties per Post Orders and SOP; act quickly and efficiently.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; write reports; analyze situations, solve problems, make decisions under pressure.
• Work independently; communicate written instructions clearly.

• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred: one year of experience in security, military, or law enforcement.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and all weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Ability to analyze situations mentally, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work independently.
• Read and understand written instructions and communicate information clearly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
