Material Handler

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Material Handler for a large, well-known client in Bowling Green, OH. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. As a Material Handler, you’ll be responsible for safely moving, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Overtime is required as needed
• Required training:
  Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM for approximately 2 weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift

MUST be able to train on 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify quantities and product quality
• Label and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Process returns and complete required documentation
• Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Lift heavy materials and remain on your feet for extended periods

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of forklift operating experience preferred
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to read and understand production orders
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be willing and able to work required overtime
• Must be available for required 1st-shift training before transitioning to 3rd shift
