South Dakota - Concrete Foreman

Innovative Concrete, LLC's South Dakota division is looking for a dedicated Commercial Concrete Foreman to lead our crews in the field. We need someone who sets the tone through their own work ethic, holds the job site to a high standard, and knows how to keep a project moving safely from start to finish. This role works closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager, serving as the bridge between the field and the office.

• Oversee and coordinate all activities of concrete crew on job sites
• Interpret blueprints and project specifications, assigning tasks accordingly
• Promote and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure high-quality work is completed on schedule and meets all specifications
• Conduct regular inspections of work progress, materials and equipment
  
  Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to report on progress and address issues
• Maintain accurate records of workforce, daily activities, and timelines
• Participate in planning and scheduling of concrete pours and finishing operations
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts effectively

• At least 3 years of concrete experience with a minimum of 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, tools, and safety standards
• Physical capability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to read understand construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to pass a federal criminal background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
