Adjunct Faculty – Nursing
Position Overview: Adjunct faculty to teach courses in the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program, the Master of Science in Nursing, and the Graduate School Nurse Certification program at Kean University Union Campus, Jersey City Campus, or affiliated hospitals. Courses include nursing fundamentals, medical‑surgical, population health, obstetrics, pediatrics, behavioral health, and may involve clinical and lab assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver lecture and laboratory instruction for assigned courses.
- Prepare and manage course materials, assessments, and grading.
- Provide at least one hour of outside‑class availability per week for each 3‑ or 4‑credit class (30 minutes for additional classes); 30 minutes per week for each course
