Box Elder, SD (Liberty Branch – 441 North Ellsworth Road) | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Sentinel Federal Credit Union is hiring a friendly, dependable Teller to join our Liberty Branch team in Box Elder. Pay Range$17.55–$18.00/hour for candidates without teller experience (we will fully train the right person!)
Up to $19.50+/hour for candidates with direct teller experience
$2.00/hour shift differential for Saturday shifts
Standard referral bonus eligibility
Pay range may be negotiable for highly qualified candidates

Greet members warmly and assist with day-to-day transactions
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances accurately
Balance and maintain your cash drawer in accordance with Credit Union procedures
Process wires, transfers, ACH paperwork, and negotiable documents
Answer member questions in person and over the phone
Identify opportunities to better serve members through additional products and services
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Support daily branch operations and collaborate with teammates
At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Teller or financial institution experience is a plus—but not required
Friendly, organized, and dependable
Comfortable multitasking and learning new systems
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
Able to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Monday–Friday with varying daily schedule
Rotating Saturdays (Saturday shift differential applies)
