Silgan Containers is seeking an Operator Assistant to package Work in Process (WIP) and finished product on production lines in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications. Reworks nonconforming product as needed.
The role requires standing on concrete for 12-hour shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in heat, while following all plant safety policies and procedures. Training modules must be completed prior to assuming duties.
