This role is perfect for someone whovalues craftsmanship, takes pride in their work,and wants toexpand their skillswith a growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform pressure washing and soft washingservices on homes, decks, patios, and roofs.
• Prepare wood decks, siding,and other surfaces for refinishing.
• Apply stains and paintswith precision and care.
• Perform basic carpentry tasksrelated to deck repair and maintenance.
• Work closely with our teamto complete projects efficiently and to our high standards.
• Assist our deck construction crew with new deck builds(opportunity to advance in this role if you excel at carpentry).

Our shop is located inLyman, Maine, and we operate atjob sites throughout Southern Maine and New Hampshire.

What You Bring to the Table

• Some prior experience in a related industry:painting, carpentry, construction, woodworking, or pressure washing.
• Attention to detailand a strong work ethic.
• A desire towork outdoorsin all seasons.
• Ability tolisten, learn, and follow instructions accurately.
• Strongcommunication skillsand ateam-oriented attitude.
• Acustomer-friendlyattitude and professionalism.
• Physical abilityto lift equipment and materials andwork on ladders.
• Reliable transportationto and from work.
