Senior Specialist – MRO & IFM Project Management

As a Senior Specialist - MRO & IFM Project Management, you will support a global transformation program across MRO Parts, MRO Services and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM). You will manage project portfolios, coordinate stakeholders, track financial and operational performance, and drive optimization initiatives from analysis through implementation.

• Manage project planning, governance and execution across MRO and IFM initiatives.
• Coordinate portfolio reviews and follow up with project owners and category leads.
• Track KPIs, milestones, financials, risks and escalations.
• Provide fact-based recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct people management.
• Identify cost savings, productivity and simplification opportunities.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical implementation plans.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with strategic sourcing or complex project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects or portfolios simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a complex, international matrix environment.
• Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working with diverse teams.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen is a plus.
