Continuous Improvement Manager The Company

About the RoleWe are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to support a major global transformation initiative focused on operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and business value creation across maintenance, facilities, and site services categories. This role will partner with cross functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and deliver measurable business outcomes across an international manufacturing network.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance, repair and operations, plant maintenance services, and integrated facilities management categories
- Support project planning, execution, governance, and performance tracking activities
- Prepare regular project status reports, milestone updates, and financial performance summaries
- Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly portfolio review meetings with stakeholders and project owners
- Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for operational optimisation and productivity improvements
- Escalate risks and provide recommendations to leadership when required
- -Collaborate with category leaders, site teams, procurement professionals, and business stakeholders across multiple regions
- Build strong relationships to ensure alignment on project objectives and successful implementation of initiatives
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams and executive leadership
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate waste, and improve operational efficiency
- Support the development and execution of value generating strategies across site services categories
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive performance improvements
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement workshops and Kaizen activities
- Support cost reduction, standardisation, demand optimisation, and efficiency improvement programmes
- Lead and influence project teams without direct people management responsibility
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organisation
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five years of experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing - operations, strategic sourcing, or continuous improvement within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries
- Experience managing complex projects and improvement initiatives in manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively across diverse functions and international teams
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
