Staff Accountant position at 8351 Boynton Beach Blvd Building F Suite 250 Boynton Beach, FL 33472. The New Haven Companies, Inc. is looking for an Staff Accountant with S Corp and multiple state experience, who will become part of an incredible team. Our accounting team gives a great deal of support to our locations. The Staff Accountant position will work alone and part of a team.

This position will have a variety of duties so you will never be bored.

• Recording Journal Entries
• AP Vendor Management
• Bank Reconciliations
• Asset Tracking
• Asset Based Lending
• Tangible Personal Property Taxes
• Sales/Use Taxes – Avalara familiarity
• Accrued Expenses
• Inventory Management with Inventory Account Reconciliations
• Inventory Transfers/Production Orders
• AR Customer Cash Receipts & Posting
• AR Sales Billings
• SOP’s creation;
  Processes/Checklists
• System Knowledge – SPIRE, Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook

The Staff Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the accounting department by managing day-to-day transactional activities, reconciling accounts, and adhering to General accounting accepted procedures. The Staff Accountant will collaborate closely with various teams to maintain organized financial records and support audit processes.
