Legal Data Entry Specialist – Fischetti Law Group

Location: Boynton Beach, FL

Hours: Part-time, in-person, NIGHT and WEEKEND.

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Legal Data Entry Specialist for in-person NIGHT and WEEKEND hours to join our civil litigation firm. This role is vital in managing the administrative duties of our legal proceedings.

• Generate and open new case filings in the firm's case management system
• File legal documents in paper and electronic systems
• Assist in preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Conduct data collection and computerize information for reports
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Handle basic math calculations for billing purposes
• Organize and maintain digital legal files

• Entry-level position with substantial training provided
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for pivot tables
• Strong clerical skills with the ability to type efficiently
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus
