The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing professional, friendly, and efficient service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors of the Property Owners Association (POA). This position serves as the first point of contact at the community office or clubhouse and assists with general administrative and customer service functions while helping maintain a welcoming and organized environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and respond to general inquiries. Provide information regarding community amenities, events, rules, policies, and procedures. Assist residents with general requests and direct more complex matters to the appropriate department or management staff. Maintain visitor and vendor sign-in procedures and follow community access protocols.
Monitor and control access to the front desk, lobby, clubhouse, or other designated areas as required. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries. Assist with issuing and tracking amenity passes, access cards, key fobs, pool passes, or other community items, as applicable. Schedule or assist with reservations for clubhouse rooms, amenities, and community facilities. Maintain accurate logs, records, forms, and daily reports.
Assist residents with submitting work orders, service requests, and other community-related forms. Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, Association staff, and Board of Directors as needed. Assist with copying, scanning, filing, data entry, mailings, and other general office duties. Maintain confidentiality of resident, association, and administrative information. Keep the front desk and surrounding area clean, organized, and professional. Communicate maintenance, security, safety, or resident concerns to the appropriate staff member.
Follow all POA policies, procedures, safety requirements, and customer service standards. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Pay Rate:

Must be able to pass a Drug Screening and Background check.
