Immediate Opening - Commercial Electrical Construction

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to join a growing commercial electrical construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with strong estimating and project management experience who can lead projects from pre‑construction through final inspection.

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from inception through final inspection
• Prepare accurate project estimates, take‑offs, and bid proposals
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal teams
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control
• Handle contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and field operations
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Assist with procurement, requisitions, and material purchasing
• Support value engineering efforts and provide solutions throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and company procedures

• Proven experience in commercial electrical construction project management and estimating
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and estimating practices
• Ability to manage projects independently from pre‑construction through closeout
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination experience
• Proficiency with construction management, estimating, and Microsoft Office software
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Responsible, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused professional with a strong work ethic

• Experience managing large‑scale commercial, industrial, or institutional electrical projects
• Familiarity with estimating software, project planning, and field supervision
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client and team relationships

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience.
