Apple One is partnering with a well‑established leader in commercial construction and facilities management that specializes in commercial, industrial, and retail projects throughout the United States.

Apple One is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator on behalf of a growing commercial general contractor. This individual will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for projects ranging from approximately $50 K to $6 M.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial construction estimating experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to analyze project costs, labor, materials, and subcontractor pricing to help support successful project execution and profitable bids.

• Review construction drawings, specs, and bid documents to prepare complete estimates
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze labor and material costs
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Prepare competitive bid proposals and bid packages
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients during precon phases
• Maintain current pricing databases and monitor market trends
• Identify value engineering and cost‑saving opportunities
• Assist with post‑bid reviews and scope clarifications
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts as needed
• Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and aligned with company objectives

• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and processes
• Experience with estimating software such as Bluebeam, Plan Swift, Autodesk Build, Pro Est, Sage Estimating, or similar platforms
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications
• Experience performing quantity takeoffs, bid analysis, and cost estimating
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time‑management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Team‑oriented mindset with proactive problem‑solving skills
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
