Description Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project team members.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to maintain project objectives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, quality standards, and contract requirements. Review and approve project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoices. Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to clients and senior leadership.
Manage project costs, forecasting, and financial reporting to achieve profitability goals. Oversee quality control efforts and ensure all work meets established specifications and standards. Resolve construction issues, conflicts, and delays in a timely and professional manner. Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, and owner turnover. Proven experience in construction project management within the public, municipal, and/or education space. Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and oversee projects effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 USD.
