We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, guiding them through the lifecycle of their home improvement projects. From the initial inquiry to the final inspection, you will ensure our clients feel supported, informed, and valued.
Key Responsibilities- Inquiry Management: Respond to high-volume phone calls and emails regarding roofing and solar services.
- Project Liaison: Act as the bridge between homeowners and our project managers to provide real-time updates on permitting, delivery, and installation dates.
- Appointment Setting: Assist the sales team by qualifying leads and scheduling consultations for roofing and solar assessments.
- Issue Resolution: Professionally handle and resolve customer concerns regarding project timelines or billing questions.
- Documentation: Ensure all customer contracts and project files are accurately updated in our database to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Local Expertise: Familiarity with the Boynton Beach/Palm Beach County area is preferred.
- Multi-tasking Pro: Ability to stay organized while managing multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- Professionalism: A calm, professional demeanor—especially when helping customers navigate the complexities of home construction.
- Growth Mindset: An interest in the home improvement or renewable energy industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related administrative role.
- Strong computer skills (Experience with CRM software is a plus).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable given our diverse Florida clientele.
