This is not a typical customer service role.

You will be working directly with customers who often need help urgently — including caregivers and recently discharged patients. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to guide people with confidence.

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Sales & Service Representative to assist walk-in customers and handle inbound calls for healthcare equipment and services.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where professionalism, urgency, and clear communication are essential. You will guide customers toward the right solutions while coordinating with our team to ensure a smooth experience.

• Assist walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer inbound calls and handle inquiries efficiently
• Guide customers to appropriate products based on their needs
• Process orders, rentals, and transactions accurately
• Coordinate with delivery and service teams
• Maintain organized customer records
• Resolve customer concerns calmly and effectively

• Strong communication skills (in-person and phone)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Positive attitude with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable guiding conversations (not just taking orders)
