Overview:
We’re looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in-office, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. How You ll Make An Impact

• Be the go-to person for clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence.
• Provide personalized service, answer questions about policies, endorsements, and claims, and offer solutions to meet client needs.
• Discuss auto, homeowners, or umbrella policies, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher’s technology to streamline processes and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with the team to secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services while managing multiple priorities.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a passion for delivering exceptional client service to insureds.
• Active Producer’s license that enables immediate impact.
• Active listening skills to uncover client needs and address challenges during coverage reviews.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and boost productivity.
• Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities to ensure comprehensive coverage with no gaps.
• Hands-on experience in client-facing roles (preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and agency management systems.

Compensation

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position, influenced by factors such as experience, education, geography, complexity, skill set, and hours.
