ScheduleMonday‑Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and some overnights (Sat & Sun OFF)
Job OverviewAs a Front Desk Associate, you’ll work independently, without direct supervision, using strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. You’ll be detailed‑oriented, able to multitask, meet and greet residents, check guests and service providers in/out, understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures, monitor and operate electronic security control systems, and accurately maintain daily logs, records and forms.
Your Responsibilities- Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Monitor the Emergency Response System.
- Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees.
- Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and control access to the building.
- Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
- Resolve and follow‑up on all complaints/issues.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
- May be assigned other duties by the on‑site property manager.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- College‑level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
- Two to three years of business experience preferred.
- Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Multiple language fluency desirable.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
- Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
- Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of spoken and written word.
- Navigate the property/building quickly and easily to perform job functions.
- Complete all required forms.
- Work extended hours and weekends as required by project needs.
- Respond to emergencies promptly.
