Customer Service Representative

Hours: Shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break)

We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping people and delivering premium service. In this role, you’ll support customers of a well-established luxury brand, ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and memorable.

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist customers with inquiries related to high‑end luxury products
• Accurately document and manage interactions using CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members via Slack and Google Workspace
• Focus on problem‑solving and creating a positive customer experience

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
• A genuine passion for customer service and helping others
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM tools, Slack, or Google Workspace is a plus
