Patient Care Coordinator Dental

Looking for an Amazing Dental Patient Care Coordinator We are looking for someone to join our dynamic and hard-working staff.

The right candidate will be capable of greeting visitors, answering phones and taking care of our dental patients. The successful candidate will also be well-versed on company policies and procedures and have a friendly personality that will enhance our work environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer the phone and speak to people in a friendly and efficient manner.

Speak to Patients in a friendly manner

Explain procedures

Follow up with patients

Schedule patients

Answer basic mathematical questions and look up information in a database.

Answer questions regarding business hours, location, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, and  able to use office equipment such as phones, fax machines, copiers, and computer systems.

Basic treatment coordination skills

Dentrix and or Dental Intelligence is a plus for candidates3 year experience
