Compensation and Bonus

As a Preschool Teacher, you will

* Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment

* Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum through play-based learning experiences

* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

* Communicate regularly with parents regarding learning progress and milestones

* Support a collaborative team culture focused on high-quality early childhood education

Qualifications

* A genuine passion for working with young children

* Six months of professional teaching or childcare experience required

* One year of professional experience preferred

* CDA, ECE coursework, or related degree preferred

* High school diploma or GED required
