Position Details

* Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM

* Pay: $18 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do

As a key member of our leadership support team, you will:

Office & Administrative Support

* Answer phones and assist families professionally and warmly

* Take messages and respond to parent inquiries

* Support the enrollment and registration process

* Maintain student and office paperwork/files

* Assist with daily clerical and administrative duties

* Help ensure smooth day-to-day school operations

Curriculum & Classroom Support

* Step into classrooms as needed to support ratios and classroom flow

* Promote a positive, engaging learning environment for children

Qualifications

We are seeking a dependable and motivated professional who has:

* Director's Credential (required)

* Staff Credential (required)

* Completed 45 Hours through DCF (required)

* Experience working in a preschool office and classroom setting

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Leadership abilities and a team-player attitude

* Excellent organization and multitasking skills

* A passion for early childhood education
