The Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County is looking for a Part-Time Middle School Literacy Program Coordinator in Boynton Beach. You will implement and manage the pilot middle school component of the Building Better Readers program, working directly with volunteers, school partners, and the community.
The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with responsibilities including recruiting tutors, analyzing program data, and coordinating resources. You will work approximately 24 hours per week, generally between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. with some evening and weekend hours.
