This is a full-time, on-site role in Boynton Beach, FL, for a Field Consulting Engineer. The Field Consulting Engineer will oversee construction material testing technicians, conduct structural inspections on high rise commercial structures, midrise residential structures and single family homes. You will also provide technical support to ensure projects meet standards and client requirements. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving field-related engineering issues and maintaining effective communication with clients and project stakeholders.

• A bachelor s degree in Civil, Structural, or General Engineering Studies or a related field is required.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of construction field experience.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in project management to coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables efficiently.
• Knowledge of geotechnical and structural engineering principles is highly valuable.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
