Mortgage Production Manager at K. Hovnanian Homes

This role directs the Production function to originate and prepare loan packages and to improve customer communication. The Manager will oversee the day-to-day functions of the Account Managers to achieve loan capture, customer satisfaction, and profit per loan goals. The role includes identifying opportunities to improve customer service, work processes, and financial performance, collaborating with the Operations Team to ensure cohesive operations, and participating in the quality control function with the Quality Department.

The Manager will partner with builders to cultivate relationships between Account Managers and builder representatives.

• Direct the Production function to originate, prepare loan packages, and improve customer communication.
• Manage the day-to-day functions of the Account Managers to achieve capture, customer satisfaction, and profit per loan goals.
• Identify opportunities and recommend methods to improve customer service, work processes, and financial performance.
• Interact with the Operations Team to ensure Operations and Production work as a team for the best interest of the company.
• Directly participate in the quality control function by working with the Quality Department.
• Partner with builders to cultivate relationships between Account Managers and builder representatives.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred, or at least five years of related operations/production experience in the mortgage industry and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
