• Perform administrative functions including ordering, receiving, and following up on documentation required for the loan file.
• Monitor and assist in maintaining various reports.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on documentation requests with customers on behalf of the Account Manager.
• Review loan applications for completion and confirm minimum standard documentation has been provided.
• Order third‑party verifications:
  Credit, Encore, Ives, Flood, Appraisal, Verifications of Employment, Loan, Rental Mortgage, Deposit, and Benefits.
• Facilitate communication with the builder regarding final sales price, incentives, and obtaining contracts.
• Update files 30‑45 days prior to closing.

• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) is encouraged but not required.
