Mortgage Operations Manager

• Oversee a team of Mortgage Loan Processors and Underwriters.
• Manage the pipeline to ensure efficient workflow through processing, underwriting, closing, and post‑closing.
• Ensure compliance with company standards.
• Foster a collaborative work environment.
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through effective leadership and process oversight.
• Maintain effective communication between Account Managers, builders, and customers.

• At least five (5) years of related Processing and Underwriting experience, preferably managing Mortgage Processors and/or Mortgage Underwriters.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school preferred but not required.
