• Process loans within designated builder communities and manage a pipeline of loans.
• Collect, follow up, and review required documentation according to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelines to facilitate closing and sale ability of the loan.
• Update files 45–60 days prior to closing.
• Prepare the file for final underwriting, pre‑closing, and evaluate all conditions of approval from the underwriting department.
• Maintain communication with borrower, builder, and the assigned team to facilitate high levels of customer service.

• At least 2 years of mortgage experience.
• Knowledge and familiarity with real‑estate and mortgage terminology.
• Experience with government loans (FHA, VA) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and math skills.
