Admissions Coordinator​/manager

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, highly motivated, EXPERIENCED Admissions Coordinator to join our team.

• Assist in coordinating the admissions process from initial phone call to admitting at our facility.
• Schedule and complete screening assessments with clients.
• Performs basic data entry and computer work.
• Enter all necessary client information into Salesforce.
• Coordinates with outside referrals.
• Effectively communicate with designated facility staff.
• Conduct verbal verifications.
• Manage documents needing signatures or authorizations.
• Coordinates travel for all new admissions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• 2+ years' experience preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Substance Abuse: 1 year (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
