Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour


Job Summary


Ark Resource Group is assisting one of our verified healthcare partners in hiring Full-Time Hospital Cleaners for a medical facility in Boynton Beach, Florida. This role is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors.


Work Schedule


Available shifts (assigned based on operational needs):

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Hours:

• 8 hours per day
• 5 days on / 2 days off (rotating)
• 40 hours per week

Compensation

• $16.00 per hour
• Pay issued on the 7th and 22nd of each month
• 90-day probationary period through the agency

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
• Follow hospital sanitation, infection control, and safety protocols
• Proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Dispose of waste according to facility and health regulations
• Report safety hazards, spills, or maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality within a healthcare setting

Requirements

• English proficiency required
• Cleaning experience recommended (hospital or medical facility experience a plus)
• Must be able to provide valid proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
