Dispensing Audiologist Tinnitus

Hearing Partners of South Florida, a premier private audiology practice in Palm Beach County, Florida, is looking for a full-time audiologist ready to elevate their career and make a real impact. We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, motivated team player that can work independently to help continue to grow a well‑established practice. An Audiologist with experience is preferred in a private practice setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a career‑oriented individual. A competitive salary 70K‑120K based on base plus commission. We offer full benefits PTO, Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

• Establish rapport with and gather history from patients, conduct audiometric testing, and make recommendations for hearing devices as well as tinnitus treatment options.
• Meet established hearing aid sales goals.
• Make ear impressions for ear molds, order instruments.
• Cerumen removal.
• Lyric Insertion.
• Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions, or problems.
• Real‑Ear / Speech Mapping / Speech in Noise
• Counsel patients.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Tinnitus evaluations and treatment
• Strong people skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• The ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of patients.
• The ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
• The ability to always interact professionally with patients, physicians, vendors, team members, and management.
