Position: Full-Time Dispensing Audiologist with Tinnitus Experience

Hearing Partners of South Florida, a premier private audiology practice in Palm Beach County, Florida, is looking for a full-time audiologist ready to elevate their career and make a real impact. We are a comprehensive audiology group dedicated to teaching, proactive hearing preservation, diagnostics, and treatment of hearing loss and tinnitus. Our practice is built on evidence‑based best practice and an integrated approach to hearing health care.

We collaborate with medical professionals and community partners to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care. If you are enthusiastic about treating the whole patient—not just a hearing loss---this is the right practice for you.

We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, motivated team player that can work independently to help continue to grow a well‑established practice. An Audiologist with experience is preferred in a private practice setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a career‑oriented individual. A competitive salary 70K‑120K based on base plus commission. We offer full benefits PTO, Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

  • Establish rapport with and gather history from patients, conduct audiometric testing, and make recommendations for hearing devices as well as tinnitus treatment options.
  • Meet established hearing aid sales goals.
  • Make ear impressions for ear molds, order instruments.
  • Cerumen removal.
  • Lyric Insertion.
  • Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions, or problems.
  • Real‑Ear / Speech Mapping / Speech in Noise
  • Counsel patients.
  • Maintain documentation and patient files.
  • Tinnitus evaluations and treatment
  • Strong people skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of patients.
  • The ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
  • The ability to always interact professionally with patients, physicians, vendors, team members, and management.
  • Community outreach and physician marketing involvement
  • Social media
  • Active Florida Audiologist license in good standing
