Baptist Health South Florida seeks a Staff Chaplain to provide compassionate pastoral care aligned with the hospital’s mission and values. The chaplain will function as a worship and spiritual guide, counselor and educator within the Pastoral Care department.
The staff chaplain will work closely with the Director of Pastoral Care to implement programming, maintain denominational endorsements, and uphold the highest ethics in ministry across Baptist Health South Florida.
