Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Facility: Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Location: Boynton Beach, Florida

Shift: PRN

Pay Rate: Up to $39/hour

Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will support residents in regaining independence, improving functional abilities, and achieving their rehabilitation goals.

• Assess & Plan:
  Collaborate with the healthcare team to evaluate residents’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Empower Independence:
  Guide residents in mastering daily tasks and enhancing functional skills.
• Provide Therapeutic Support:
  Assist residents with hands‑on activities to promote recovery from illness, injury, or health challenges.
• Ensure Compliance & Confidentiality:
  Maintain resident privacy and follow all healthcare regulations.

  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

• COTA License:
  Active Florida state license required.
• Experience:
  
  Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.
