Flex Revive Solutions is actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Boynton Beach, Florida. This full-time position will focus on providing exceptional onsite care in the home care setting, where you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover their mobility and improve their quality of life. Our cutting-edge home care facility extends over 5,000 square feet and is designed to cater to athletes and active individuals requiring specialized therapeutic interventions. We take pride in our commitment to patient-centered care and focus on promoting recovery through both traditional and alternative therapies.

Our team consists of experienced physical therapists and skilled physical therapist assistants (PTA) who collaborate to ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

This position is based onsite in Boynton Beach, Florida, where you will work closely with fellow physical therapists in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be part of a small team, consisting of two physical therapists and a PTA, enabling effective teamwork and communication to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Our facility is well-equipped with state-of-the-art technology and therapy equipment, allowing you to utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to enhance patient care.

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient to identify their specific needs and goals for rehabilitation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying care plans as needed based on the effectiveness of treatment.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring that each receives dedicated and personalized care.
• Educate patients on exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to promote a healthier, more active lifestyle.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to synchronize care and enhance patient treatment outcomes.
• Encourage patients to engage wholeheartedly in their recovery process, inspiring them to reach their fullest potential.

We cater to a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from injuries, individuals recovering from surgeries, and those seeking to improve their overall physical functionality. Our focus on orthopedic outpatient care means that we employ evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's unique situation, which allows us to provide non-invasive solutions and reduce reliance on prescription medications.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active state Physical Therapist License, with no prior disciplinary actions.
• Proficient manual therapy skills and knowledge of effective rehabilitation techniques.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, such as WebPT.

• A strong background in orthopedic outpatient care, ideally with several years of practical experience.
• Experience working with athletes and a robust understanding of sports rehabilitation principles.
• A history of successfully developing personalized fitness and wellness programs.
