• Perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving, preparing meals and snacks, and accompanying patient on errands or medical appointments.
• Perform housekeeping activities, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathroom.
• Provide hospice supportive care, medication reminders, assist with exercises, incontinence care, and use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.

• CNA license or HHA Certificate (HHAs - Must have badge from Palm Beach County - no exceptions!)
• Valid Driver License or State Photo
• Second form of  (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.)

• CPR Card (cannot be an online class)
• TB or Chest X-ray
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU
• 1 letter of recommendation
