• Assist in network design, installation and maintenance to achieve maximum availability.
• Design, recommend, specify and implement technology solutions and perform as a team member in project deployments.
• Provide statistical analysis for capacity planning.
• Provide technical support as needed to lead in resolving network problems.
• Provide network support with a variety of operating systems.
• Install and configure computer network equipment.
• Maintain network connectivity of all computer workstations.
• Provide network support to users.
• Develop and monitor policies for the use of network resources.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery and back‑up.
• Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
• Monitor network to ensure optimal performance.
• Create and maintain network users/permissions.
• Test release of products to minimize user impact and ensure compatibility.
• Create technical support documentation for systems and applications.

Estimated salary range for this position is $85901.44 - $111671.87 / year depending on experience.

Degrees:

• Bachelors.

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience/training.
• CCNA Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in network, system, or software architecture, design, implementation, support, and evaluation of network-focused tools and services.
• Highly proficient and hands‑on experience in following communication protocols TCP/IP, MBGP/BGP, OSPF and VXLAN.
• Advanced knowledge and application of IT Networking best‑practices.
• In the field knowledge and experience of advanced networking concepts (WiFi, LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, VOIP, etc.).
• Experience administering core network infrastructure (SD‑WAN, Edge Firewall, Route/Switch Environment, etc.).
• Experience administering hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience administering on‑prem VOIP Phone systems, IP Faxing, and Cloud Conference/Meetings solutions.
• Cisco IOS/SANoS/NXOS in‑depth knowledge and experience required.
• Experience managing Small to large projects from research to implementation.
• Experience with programming / scripting languages.
