Senior Oracle Fusion Developer

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Oracle Fusion Developer with strong expertise in Supply Chain (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Order‑to‑Cash (OTC), and Record‑to‑Report (RTR) processes.

• Develop custom extensions, integrations, and UI components using VBCS, Application Composer, Page Composer, and Flexfields.
• Build and optimize integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, BIP, OTBI extracts, and FBDI/ADF/DI.
• Deliver enhancements and automation for SCM, HCM, OTC, and RTR business flows including procurement, inventory, order management, pricing, invoicing, APAR, GL, subledger accounting, core HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management.
• Create BIP/OTBI reports and dashboards to ensure high data accuracy and performance.
• Provide L3 support including defect triage, root‑cause analysis, and preventive fixes.
• Work in Agile environments and follow AIM or OUM methodologies for design, build, and delivery.
• Collaborate with and challenge vendors on estimates, timelines, and solution approaches to ensure efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.

• Experience:
  
  10 years of software development, including 10 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP SCM/HCM.
• Strong in OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, BIP, OTBI, FBDI/ADF/DI, VBCS, SQL/PLSQL, performance tuning.
• Proven delivery in SCM, HCM, OTC, and RTR functional areas.
• Experience working in multi‑vendor environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
• Hands‑on Agile experience familiar with AIM or OUM.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and deliver innovative, out‑of‑the‑box solutions.
• Ability to negotiate and challenge vendor estimates effectively.

• Groovy scripting for Fusion custom logic.
• Event‑driven integration patterns and advanced error handling.
• Dev Ops tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions).

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset for quick and lasting solutions.
• Vendor management skills to ensure optimal outcomes in cost and delivery.
